Born2Overthink was founded in 2025 by people who were tired of pretending everything was fine — and decided to put it on a shirt instead. We make mental health apparel for the overthinkers, the burnt-out, the anxious, the "I'm fine" liars, and everyone whose brain simply refuses to clock out.

We're not a wellness brand. We don't sell you the idea that a cold plunge and a gratitude journal will fix everything. We sell solidarity. We sell the feeling of putting on a shirt and thinking "oh thank god, someone gets it."

Our tees are unisex, soft, high-quality, and built to survive both the laundry and whatever today throws at you. Printed right here in the USA — because we actually care about the details, even when our brains are telling us not to.

Clothing has always been how people say "this is who I am" without having to say a word. We just think more people should be able to say "I'm a beautifully exhausted overthinker" — comfortably, and in really good cotton.
